Tech 5 is the flagship program for Ar5orist. It was designed specifically for manufacturing in the United States, seeking to find the spot where they can be most competitive, with the knowledge that technical talent can be developed on they job if the talent is supported in the right ways. The system was not producing the results we needed in manufacturing, Tech 5 is breaking the system.

High School Vocational Educator Support
In the classroom, educators can use Ar5orist Tech 5 content in LinkedIn to educate high school students about opportunities in manufacturing. Explanations of career paths, motivational videos, testimonials, and financial discussions available to inspire students to strive for more than they may have otherwise.

Student Support
Students will be able to follow Tech 5 on Instagram and learn, and share what they are learning with their friends and family. They can explore on their own, weigh their concerns, and interact with Ar5orist support asking questions, and sharing with their connections their excitement about new possibilities they hadn't been encourage prior to contemplate.

Skills Development
Ar5orist will work with the company the Tech 5 (in development) is working with to ensure they are progressing in their development. No T5ID left behind is the goal, and if you are certified as a Tech 5 you have Ar5orists commitment to our partner firms you can perform at the expected level. If the T5IN isn't developing as planned, Ar5orist and the company will work to problem solve the reasons why.

Social Connections and Ongoing Network
Once placement with the long term employer is made, the journey isn't over. Tech 5s are manufacturing badasses for ever, and they are connected through a process, and social, in a way that is unprecedented. Although they may be working as an individual contributor they have a network of people like them they can draw upon. Further, they will be asked to reach back and encourage kids like them back in the classroom as they were inspired at the beginning of their journey.
